艾能螺桿式空壓機(jī)專用冷卻液，件號(hào)：1541-L46-18，規(guī)格：5加侖，適應(yīng)艾能螺桿式空壓機(jī)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的專用潤(rùn)滑液，艾能空壓機(jī)配件
1. 潤(rùn)滑液的作用
a) 冷卻作用作為冷卻劑，它可有效控制壓縮放熱引起的溫升；
b) 潤(rùn)滑作用 作為潤(rùn)滑劑，它可在轉(zhuǎn)子間形成潤(rùn)滑油膜；
c) 密封作用 作為密封劑，它可填補(bǔ)轉(zhuǎn)子與殼體以及轉(zhuǎn)子與轉(zhuǎn)子之間的泄漏間隙。
d) 降噪作用 噴入的油是粘性流體，對(duì)聲能和聲波有吸收和阻尼作用，一般噴油后噪聲可降低10～20dB(A)。
2. 抗泡性 是指油品中通入空氣時(shí)或攪拌時(shí)發(fā)泡體積的大小及消泡的快慢等性能。潤(rùn)滑油在實(shí)際使用中，由于受振蕩、攪拌等作用，使得空氣混入油中，以致形成氣泡而使?jié)櫥偷牧鲃?dòng)性變壞，潤(rùn)滑性能變差，甚至發(fā)生氣阻影響供油，使機(jī)件得不到潤(rùn)滑而磨損甚至燒結(jié)
3. 抗乳化性
油品的抗乳化性能是指防治油乳化，或一時(shí)乳化但經(jīng)過靜置油水能迅速分解的性質(zhì)。
