高速易撕蓋智能型制蓋機
鋁箔易撕蓋又稱安全蓋，應用廣泛，現主要涉及食品包裝領域。鐵環有快口內卷設計不傷手，封口片膜容易打開比普通易拉蓋輕50%。，蓋子撕開后無粉塵或碎末掉入罐體內，將是未來食品、藥品等行業的高檔包裝形式。
我廠研發制造的易撕蓋智能制蓋機采用伺服電機驅動，配合氣動系統，可編程邏輯控制及溫控、光電系統。全自動完成鐵（鋁）蓋的下圈、沖孔、拉伸、卷邊、預熱、拉環預沖、沖切貼膜、封口、折角冷卻、網紋壓印、鉚釘、除塵、計數出蓋。
生產速度快，自動化程度高，是國內外大中型制蓋企業首選設備。
性能簡介
1. 操作系統采用觸摸屏操作，能進行在線參數的設置及各種信息顯示。
2. 傳動系統采用同步帶送圈，伺服連軸同步定位驅動，封口壓力均衡，整機結構精密、性能穩定，封口膜采用最節省材料的裁剪方式。
3. 預熱采用高頻節能方式，封口溫度均由獨立的溫控模塊自動控制。

tear lids make machine
Aluminum foil easy tear lid as known as safety cover, it is with widely
usage. Now is main used in food package area. The inner roll design of the
rings keep hand safe, make the lids easily to open, and it is lighter about 50%
than common easy tear lids. No dust drops into the tubes after tear the lids.
It will be high grade package way in future food and drugs package.
