蠕變性能參數(shù) Wriggle variation performance parameter
試樣根數(shù)：4根（僅以L(fǎng)GJ-720/50為例）
試驗(yàn)條件：試樣端頭間的長(zhǎng)度：14m
試樣端頭處理：環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂澆鑄
引伸儀測(cè)試的有效長(zhǎng)度：5000 ±1mm
試驗(yàn)溫度：20 ±1℃
試驗(yàn)精度：應(yīng)力：±1%
應(yīng)變：±0.01mm/5000mm
試樣張力：25.59kN（15%RTS）
試樣記錄時(shí)間：在加載負(fù)荷reach達(dá)到后，起開(kāi)始以1、2、3、4、5、6、7、10、30、60（分遞增的時(shí)間紀(jì)律伸廠(chǎng)與相應(yīng)溫度值。隨后3天內(nèi)每1小時(shí)記錄一次，第四天起至第5天內(nèi)2小時(shí)記錄一次，第6天起4小時(shí)記錄一次，第15天起后6小時(shí)記錄一次，總試驗(yàn)時(shí)間為1000小時(shí)
試驗(yàn)結(jié)果：在15%RTS、25%RTS、35%RTS的張力下的蠕變方程可推出10年（87600小時(shí)）后的蠕變量分別為280、541、794mm/km。

sample record time:when tension loading reach a value,homologous value of elongation and temperature are recorded at the increasing time of 1、2、3、4、5、6、7、10、15、30、60minutes;following three day,the value are recorded every one hour;form day to the five day,the value are record every two hour;form the six fourteen day,the value are recorded every four hour;from the fifteen day,the value are recorded every six hour,the testing time is 1000 hour.
Test result:The wreggle variation equation at the 15%RTS、25%RTS、35%RTS、tension loading can deduce the wriggle variaion value as following:280、541and 794mm/km.
振動(dòng)疲勞試驗(yàn) Vibratory fatigue test
振動(dòng)參數(shù)：振動(dòng)角25~300 ,張力為拉斷力保證值的25%。
振動(dòng)次數(shù)：3 × 10-7 次
試驗(yàn)結(jié)果：鋁單線(xiàn)不斷股。
