| 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學(xué)方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿S網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯(lián)聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機(jī)械性能和耐環(huán)境能力，并保持了優(yōu)良的電氣性能。 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體的允許長(zhǎng)期最高溫為90攝氏度，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便、耐化學(xué)腐蝕和敷設(shè)不受落差限制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 26/35KV電力電纜，18/30KV交聯(lián)電纜，12/20KVYJV電纜，8.7/15KVYJV22電纜線，6/10KV鋁芯交聯(lián)電纜線，3.6/6KVYJLV單芯電纜 中低壓交聯(lián)電纜產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standard 本產(chǎn)品按GB12706《額定電壓35V及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)還可根據(jù)用戶需要按國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC、英國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。 The product is manufactured according to the standard of《GB12706 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request. 適用范圍 Applications 本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kv～26/35kv輸配電線路作配送電能子用。 The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kv～26/35kv. 使用特性 Operating characteristics · 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kv～26/35kv。 Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv～26/35kv. · 電纜導(dǎo)體的最高允許工作溫度：90℃。 Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃. · 短路時(shí)（最長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不超過5s）電纜導(dǎo)體的最高溫度不超過2500C。 Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C. (5s maximum duration) · 電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于00C。 The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C. · 電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。 The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter. The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter. 電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation · 電纜的額定電壓應(yīng)適合于電纜系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。 U0－電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體對(duì)地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓； U－電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體間的額定工頻電壓； Um－設(shè)備可承受的“最高系統(tǒng)電壓”的最大值。 The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kv Where: U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed; U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed; Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused. · 三相系統(tǒng)用電纜的U0值推薦如下表： The values of U0 recommened for cable to be used in three-phase systems are listed below:

| A類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)任何一相導(dǎo)體與地和接地導(dǎo)體接觸時(shí)，能在1min內(nèi)與系統(tǒng)分離 B類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)僅包括單相接地故障短時(shí)運(yùn)行的條件，接地故障時(shí)間應(yīng)不超過1h, 但在任何情況下，最長(zhǎng)不超過8h每年接地故障總持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過125h； C類系統(tǒng)──不屬于A類、B類的系統(tǒng)。 System category A──This category comprises those systems in which any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or an earth conductor. is disconnected from the system within 1 min.
