檢查井模具以鋼模為主，面板主材選用Q235鋼板，支撐結構可選型鋼或者鋼板，規格可根據模具形式選擇，應滿足以下要求：
1.模具應具有足夠的承載力、剛度和穩定性，保證在構件生產時能可靠承受澆筑混凝土的重量、側壓力及工作荷載。
2.模具應組裝、拆模方便，且應便于鋼筋安裝和混凝土澆筑、養護。
3.相鄰模板之間應連接牢固、縫隙嚴密、平整順滑、無錯臺；預制構件上的預埋件均應有可靠固定措施。
