? YFB2系列粉塵防爆三相異步電動機是根據GB12476.1－2000（idtIEC61241-1-1999）可燃性粉塵環境用電氣設備第1部分：用外殼和限制表面溫度保護的電氣設備第1節電氣設備的技術要求的規定進行結構設計、試驗和制造的。YFB系列粉塵防爆三相異步電動機系全封閉、自扇冷式、鼠籠型結構。具有設計新穎、結構緊湊，造型美觀、效率和轉矩高、起動性能好、節能、噪聲低、振動小、運行安全可靠等特點。本系列機座號范圍80～355，功率等級和安裝尺寸完全符合國際電工委員會（IEC）標準
YFB2 series dust-explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are designed, tested, and manufactured accordin2to GB12476.1-2000 (idtIEC61241-1-1999), Electrical Equipment Used in Environments with Combustible Dust; Section 1: Technical Requirements for Electrical Equipment, Part 1: Electrical Equipment with Enclosure and Surface Temperature Limit Protection. This series motors are fully enclosed, fan-ventilated, and squirrel-cage products. They are of remarkable features, such as novel design, compact construction, attractive appearance, high efficiency and torque, excellent starting perbance, energy saving, low noise and vibration, and safe and reliable operation. The frame size range of this series is 80-355, and the output ratings and mounting dimensions totally conb to the standards of International Electro technical Commission (IEC).
電動機的絕緣等級：通常為F級或H級，兩種絕緣結構的技術參數相同，只是溫升限值不同。YFB系列電機是F級絕緣。當電動機運行地點海拔不超過1000m,最高環境溫度不超過40℃為基礎時，定子繞組溫升的限值（電阻法）應不超過80K，但機座號315L的2、4極和機座號355按105K考核。
Insulation grade: F or H in general. Except for maximum temperature rise, the technical beters of the two grades are same. The insulation grade of YFB series motors is F. When the motors operate at an altitude less than 1000m and the highest ambient temperature is less than 40°C, the maximum temperature rise of stator windings shall be 80K, while the 2-pole and 4-pole motors with the frame size of 315L and the motors with the frame size of 355 should be examined by taking the value as 105K.
軸承允許的溫度：不超過95℃。

外殼防護等級為IP65（見GB/T4942.1）。

額定功率及極數（轉速）的選擇制造廠提供的功率等級是選自GB/T4772.1標準中的第一數系，少部分的功率選自第二數系。但有時功率等級及極數滿足不了不同用戶選型要求，請與制造廠協商。

Selection of rated power and number of poles (rotation rate): the output ratings provided by the manufacturer are chosen from the first number system specified in the standard of GB/T4772.1, and a small part of output ratings are chosen from the second number system. However, the output ratings and number of poles might fail to meet users’ requirements on some occasions. If so, please consult with the manufacturer.

8.接連方式：功率在3kW及以下者為Ｙ接，其他功率均為△接。
8. Connection mode: Y connection for the output rating of 3kW or below; △ connection for the other output ratings.
9電纜引入裝置：橡套，鋼管布線供選擇。
9. Cable entry: rubber sheath and steel fiber for choice.
10.工作制：連續工作制，或S1工作制，簡稱S1（保持在恒定負載下運行至熱穩定狀態）。
10. Duty: continuous duty or S1 duty (S1 for short; running under a constant load to reach the steady thermal state)
11.輔助要求：中心高315～355電動機帶注排油裝置。
11. Auxiliary requirements: the motors with the center height of 315-355 are provided with the oil-filling and -draining device.
