流水槽模具原材料一般有塑料注塑成型與鈑金鋼模具成型兩種，水泥流水槽溝蓋板塑料模具采用聚丙烯塑料顆粒狀經過注塑機高溫處理注入預先準備好的流水槽溝蓋板模腔當中，待經過冷卻處理之后成型流水槽溝蓋板模具；水泥流水槽溝蓋板鋼模具以3-8毫米的鐵板經過卷曲，裁切，造型，加固，焊接，拼裝，打磨等多道手續制作而成。The raw materials of the gutter mold generally include plastic injection molding and sheet steel mold molding.
