化糞池模具如果在材料選擇方面不下功夫，將會出現整個模具不能使用的情況，材料性能
不佳，耐磨性能不夠好，都會對其有影響。其次在模具設計和制作工藝有缺陷，凸凹模、
鍛坯改鍛工藝不完善，遺存有熱處理隱患，結構設計問題，沖模結構不合理，細長凸模沒
有設計加固裝置，出料口不暢現堆集，制模工藝不完善，熱處理技術及工藝有問題，造成
凸、凹模淬不透。整個結構包括池體和位于池體上的進污口和出水口，池體內部設有將池
體分隔開的隔板，隔板上設有通孔。池體呈圓筒狀，其上部設有檢查口。相對于普通的池
子結構更強，承壓力也更強。

is cylindrical, and its upper part is provided with an inspection port.
Compared with the ordinary pool structure, the bearing pressure is also
stronger.
