熟知機臺性能。
開機前檢查設備的硬件有無問題。
接通電源后，進行空機運轉，看機臺翻轉是否正常，控制箱變頻器是否程序運轉正常，機臺有無異常。
產品入槽時候需要注意產品后序要求（表面要求）若要求表面平整光滑，光潔，盡量放入之前注意一次性切勿放入過量。盡可能平穩有序放入。
根據不同的產品，配置不同的研磨石與研磨藥劑等，用不同的工藝進行研磨、倒角、去披鋒、毛刺、拋光等處理。
研磨過如程中（特別是夏天），如若出現磨料與產品之間出現粘稠狀，需要加水進行清洗沖洗。
研磨完成后，把機臺機槽沖洗干凈，最好再用剛好淹到磨料表面水浸泡。（減少磨料耗損，降低成本）
機臺停止運轉后，關掉電源，清掃設備，做好設備的維護與保養。（正常保養是半個月加一次黃油）
