型式試驗的目的是驗證定型的配電箱的設(shè)計性能是否符合本企業(yè)標準要求。
型式試驗是新產(chǎn)品試制投產(chǎn)必須進行的試驗。只有當產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、制造工藝、使用原材料或零部件結(jié)構(gòu)有更改，可能影響配電箱防爆性能時，才需要重新進行有關(guān)項目的型式試驗。正常生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品每隔五年進行一次。任一型式試驗的試品，從出廠檢驗合格的產(chǎn)品中，任意抽取2臺進行試驗，2臺試品試驗都合格，才能認為型式試驗合格。否則必須分析原因，采取技術(shù)措施甚至改進設(shè)計、工藝等再重新進行試驗，直到型式試驗合格為止。
型式試驗項目：
a) 所有出廠檢驗項目；
b) 溫升試驗、溫度試驗；
c) 外殼和透明件沖擊試驗；
d) 透明件耐熱試驗及耐寒試驗；
e) 彈性密封圈材料老化試驗；
f) 電纜引入裝置夾緊試驗；
g) 隔爆外殼耐壓試驗；
h) 隔爆外殼內(nèi)部點燃的不傳爆試驗；
i) 外殼防護能力試驗；
j) 操作性能試驗；
k) 漏電斷路器額定剩余動作電流，額定剩余不動作電流的最大分斷時間試驗；
l) 脫扣器動作特性試驗；
m) 額定短路分斷能力試驗。

安裝方法
1.安裝使用產(chǎn)品前應(yīng)檢查銘牌上的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)與使用情況是否相符；
2.安裝及維修前必須切斷前級電源；
3.進、出線電纜穿過橡膠密封圈，須用墊圈及壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動；
4.密封圈在使用過程中出現(xiàn)腐蝕、脆裂、變形、發(fā)粘或硬度變化超過出廠時的20%應(yīng)及時向廠家進行選購并更換， 以確保防爆性能可靠；
5.維護拆卸時注意隔爆面不得磕碰、劃傷、腐蝕，并定期涂204-1防銹油；
6.配電箱在使用過程中要定期檢查，以保證其良好運行；
7.非專業(yè)人員嚴禁開蓋維修、檢查。
